Subscriptions: Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms at any time to comply with laws, regulations, or improve your experience. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you accept the updated terms.

1. Payments and Renewals
   Personal subscriptions can be paid by Debit or Credit Card (excluding American Express) and will automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel, please contact us.
2. Device and User Limits
   Personal subscriptions allow login on up to three devices. Corporate subscriptions have varying device limits; for more details or to sign up for a new Corporate subscription please contact us.
3. Missed Payments
   If any payment is not received, we may suspend deliveries and online access to paid content immediately.
4. Receipts and Delivery
   Receipts are accessible via your online account.
5. Delivery

Holiday stops apply only to subscriptions which include printed newspapers or magazines. No credits will be given for holiday stops or non-delivery. If you do not receive a paper, we will try to deliver it the same day.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds are provided for cancellations partway through a subscription period.

Print subscriptions are available to Jersey residents aged 18 or over. Other subscriptions are available globally to users aged 18 or over.

You have the right to cancel an initial annual subscription within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

To cancel a renewal, you must provide at least 30 days notice. No refunds will be provided for the period between notice and renewal.

6. Default on Payments
   If you default on any payment, we may cancel your subscription without notice and take necessary action to recover any owed amounts.
7. Re-subscribing
   If your subscription is terminated, you may be required to settle any outstanding amounts before re-subscribing. Your new terms may differ.
8. Marketing Consent
   By subscribing, you consent to being added to our marketing database and that of trusted partners. We may from time to time email you with news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
9. Data Protection
   We respect your personal information and will only use it in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use and Marketing Consent as applicable, and only as necessary to provide access to our content or for marketing activities if consent has been provided.
10. Price Changes
    We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time, with at least 30 days notice provided to subscribers.
11. Ongoing Subscriptions
    All subscriptions will renew automatically unless you instruct us otherwise.
12. Terms Changes
    These Terms and Conditions and any information on this website are subject to change without notice.
